Reservation & Agreement

🔷 1. General

SleepIn Zeist provides guest accommodation (logies) in a structured guest–host setting.

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the terms outlined below.

🔷 2. Nature of Agreement

• This agreement is a reservation for guest accommodation

• It is not a rental or lease agreement

• No tenancy or residential rights apply

• The stay is temporary and service-based

🔷 3. Reservation

• Reservations are confirmed after agreement between guest and host

• The reservation includes:

  • Stay period

  • Room type

  • Agreed price

🔷 4. Duration of Stay

• Stays are temporary (from 1 day up to approximately 90 days)

• The agreed period is fixed at the time of reservation

• Extension is only possible upon approval and availability

🔷 5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out times are agreed in advance

• Guests must vacate the room at the agreed check-out time

🔷 6. Payment

• Payment terms are agreed prior to arrival

• Prices are based on guest accommodation (logies)

• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges, unless stated otherwise

🔷 7. Cancellation

• Cancellation conditions are agreed at the time of booking

• Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges

🔷 8. Use of Accommodation

• Rooms are for temporary stay only

• Only registered guests may stay

• Subletting or transferring the reservation is not allowed

🔷 9. Services

The accommodation includes:

• Furnished room

• Bed linen and towels

• Shared facilities

• Optional services (such as meals, when applicable)

🔷 10. House Rules

Guests must comply with the House Rules of SleepIn Zeist at all times.

🔷 11. Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused

• The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

🔷 12. Termination

SleepIn Zeist reserves the right to terminate a stay in case of:

• Violation of house rules

• Misuse of accommodation

• Behaviour affecting other guests

🔷 13. Final Provision

This agreement is governed by the concept of guest accommodation (logies) and applies only to temporary stays within a guest–host relationship.
