House Rules/agreement SleepIn JA-TECH for emergency transit stays.
 

SleepIn is non-smoking and no-alcoholic Please read carefully the house rules.
 

House rules need to be respected in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We much appreciate it if our guests will be careful with the object. Accidents are always possible, but damages need to be reported and paid for.
 

-Animals are not allowed.
-Strangers are not allowed into the rooms/apartment without the permission of the owner.
-Smoking is not allowed in and outside on the balcony.
- Making noise(by music or walking too hard) on the stairs, balcony or floor is not allowed.
-The trade or use of (soft)drugs and alcohol abuse are not permitted.
-Prostitution or any other activity prohibited by Dutch law is forbidden.
-We don't allow furniture to be moved from the room to be placed elsewhere.
-Rooms will be cleaned once in a week between 10.00 - 16.00 o'clock. If we don't have the opportunity to clean your room between 11.00 - 12.00, you'll have to accept that cleaning will be done the next day. The costs for cleaning are variable from €5,- to €15 per time. If you do not want to use the cleaning service you have to leave the room and bed clean on departure.
-The kitchen area may be used for soft drinks available in de refrigerator.
The apartment is ready after 16.00 hrs. Check-out is between 9:30-10:30 hrs. Payments must be done before departure.

For the convenience of our guests, there is a possibility to check your personal e-mail or to get any other useful information regarding your stay. Internet costs are € 5,50. It is strictly forbidden to surf any pornographic, anti-democratic, or any other inappropriate websites forbidden by Dutch law or that go against good taste in general.
 

As a guest for a short transit stay/period you yourself(single, group, or family) are responsible for all the insurance needed according to Dutch law. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or any other circumstances beyond our control during your stay in our building.
