The prices are classified as low and high-demand periods.
 

Low-season prices for transit stays are as under:

1-Longer stay 1x days  to 90 days:

The basic price for the small room is € 39,99 per person(1x single bed) per night (or €599,- per month). The daily price excludes *services of €9,99 and €3,- per day for furnishing if applicable. The stay of up to 365 days excludes VAT and city tax.

2-Shorter stay up to 30 days:

The basic price for the small room is € 59,99 per person(1x single bed) per night. The daily price excludes *services of €9,99, VAT and city tax of €2,27 for stays up to  1x to 30 days.

-Linnen

-Towels,

-Use of laundry/washing machine, Iron board

Kitchenette:
- Use of microwave, water cooker, coffee machine and hotplates for basic cooking.
-24 hours standby service

 

The couple's price is € 65,-per couple(2x  separate single beds) per night excl. *service

* Stays up to 1-5 days are €59,- per night excluding VAT, and city tax.
